 Balado taro chips are taro tubers that are sliced ​​so thin that they are fried into chips and sprinkled with Balado seasoning. Taro tubers are one of the foods that play an important role in maintaining health and body organs. The presentation method for making taro chips is fairly easy. Packaging of semi-finished food from taro tubers is to make these taro tubers into taro chips. Many people have sold taro chips because they are easy to make. To make these taro chips, what we need is the following:

Ingredients:

- 2 taro tubers

- 1/2 tsp salt (for soaking)

- enough water (for soaking)

- 500 ml of cooking oil

- 50 grams of Balado seasoning

The steps:

 But a few days after we wanted to make a food menu that would be made individually, it turned out that there was a change made by our teacher😌. Because there are several obstacles that are still being considered. The menu of the first food we wanted to make, changed again. The menu that I originally wanted to cook, namely Balado taro chips, turned into Thai cassava. Now it will be cooked together with the group determined by our teacher👩🏻‍🏫.

 We at school are scheduled to arrive at 07.30🏫. And I bring the ingredients for cooking that have been determined in groups. Previously, we had devotions together with Ms Jessinka. After completing our devotions, we were asked to go to the hall to begin our group cooking activity. When I'm with a group, my job is to clean the utensils used for cooking and also after I finish cooking I clean the table. After we finished cooking, we were very tired but it was so much fun to learn to cook together🙃.
